Every review template that I created I had to pull up perform on two separate screens and re type every question out so that the manager can answer the same questions to create a more structured review. It took me hours to create these templates and if there was a duplicate button it would have cut my time down drastically.</content>

There should also be an option to disable the AI open-ended feedback summary in Diagnose. Some companies may want to avoid AI completely until they've researched and developed policies. We could potentially lose a Diagnose client if they aren't able to do that.</content>

For example: Train Trainn &amp; Turs Thursdayy have the same intials however unable to tell the difference on who is who on the downloaded report. Even when using the color-changing pins, the downloaded report does not share which colored pin which causes some confusion when viewing the exported team report. &#13;

We've had several questions from client employees asking who is in the confidential group, who can see the results. Those two words have very different meanings. Confidential means someone can see it and that is causing participation to drop. Anonymous is safe.&#13;

It is labeled "Manager", which is misleading as it does not indicate if it is Direct Report level "Manager" or Team "Manager". Having both Direct Report and Team level data that compliments the 2 levels of available manager pdfs is crucial for clients to understand their data. Any PDF report should have data represented in the csv download. This will create continuity and increase confidence in the data.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Consider changing the question: "Where I work, people are rewarded solely based on their performance, not by politics or other processes. "... I don't love the use of the words 'solely' or 'other processes'. Pay decisions are made with a variety of things in mind, including seniority, company health, etc... And 'other processes' is very vague. &#13;

I think it would be good to change that one to something like, "Where I work people are rewarded based on performance and other clearly defined parameters, not internal politics or favoritism."</content>

    <content type="text/plain">The pulse survey report is only available as csv. Clients need a PDF version similar to the overall survey report that is easy to read and interrupt.  Clients need the ability to send results to managers.  Navigating the software for results or using the csv file is not helpful.</content>

We can pull from past meeting transcripts/summaries/meeting notes to make AI-fueled suggested discussion topics that are more relevant, timely, and contextual.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">After adding 50 people, everyone is duplicated in the display and there isn't a way to remove just one. I understand that the team type isn't designed for such large groups, it is still a helpful way to group people, see large trends (in quadrants, etc)., and have them together to add to Analytics.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Currently, a user cannot navigate fluidly between Design and Inspire. I would like to be able to click a team member's name and be given the option to navigate to their Person Page to view more information. The current functionality of showing strengths, work style, and caution areas is not enough. An additional navigation button would make things much easier than having to use the search bar to find that employee.</content>
