Gamify adoption
Framework for internal gamification could be something like points for adding a photo, workspaces, giving kudos, setting a goal, changing your notifications, setting up an integration, etc
I could see team leads using this to get teams to adopt quickly, and Charma could send swag to the winners, and/or the client can do something for winners.
We could try it internally and be our own success story...

Curtis Creekmore MergedIt would be great to introduce a rewards-like system to Perform that allows you to track appreciation and positive feedback easily converted to rewards and recognition. For example, receiving kudos is worth 10 points, giving kudos is worth 5 points, receiving positive feedback is 20 points, etc. Clients could utilize those points to create their own rewards system without needing a full rewards software program or perhaps even integrate with preexisting rewards products.

Rhonda HollowayAdding scoring points, gamification would be better here than the confusing Team Score in Design...still get so many questions about that...would make WAY more sense here.
