Giving Feedback to someone you don't have a workspace with
Allow users to provide anonymous feedback to another person without having to create a workspace with that person.
Give the option to send it to the manager only, person only, or both. This feedback can then be included in 360 reports, allowing the 360 to be more than just a one-time evaluation but a combination of a year's breadth of work.

For the context of giving Kudos, it is possible today in Perform to give a kudos to someone in the account even if you don't share a workspace. If you choose to give kudos from the Coaching tab (link here: https://perform.predictiveindex.com/coaching/kudos), you'll see all members of the account regardless of your workspaces.
