Allow "super admin" role to have full visibility across software
A couple of prospects have requested that certain admins / HR users have 100% visibility and access into all workspaces, goals, reviews, feedback etc across any users in their company.

Melissa Ortiz MergedRight now, leaders and admins do not have access to view performance reviews before they are summarized and released - this makes it extremely difficult for HR leaders to monitor the progress and support managers. Goals are also impossible to view unless a user is part of the 1:1 workspace. These should be options for someone a leader manages directly or indirectly AND for system Admins.

Stefano Hernandez Adminfrom a large client: "Very concerning" there is no admin visibility in the workspaces. In a company of 1500, they feel strongly that they should have the ability to have visibility into what employees are doing in their workspaces.
The lack of administrative privileges within One-on-One workspaces continues to be challenging. For example, if a leader leaves the organization, employees must manually transfer workspaces, which creates inefficiency and potential for lost context. More broadly, our vision for Perform was to have all performance activity in one platform, enriched by Pl's behavioral data to support meaningful leader-employee conversations. Without admin visibility across 1:1s, reviews, and goals, accountability and consistency suffer. Currently, much of our work is limited to the reviews module, which does allow oversight—but it fragments the user experience.
