Build Rating Style 360 (Review Analytics)
Build the ability to have likert scale ratings in the 360 questions and be able to have visual reports and trend reports for a person showing their rating, their managers rating and categories of peoples ratings (more like a traditional 360) with free text to add context/comments for the questions.

ScottWe would like to see a traditional 360° assessment where we can add questions and ratings and then a report that would come out that shows the self rating, boss rating, peer ratings and staff ratings. Something like the attached would be optimal with some example questions we use - each of the groupings of questions would be summarized like the sections "Ability to Achieve Results" and "Relationships"
