Design team objectives/goals should connect to Perform
Goals for the team, based on their Design results, are recorded and specific action items can be added for each team member. Tie in Design's Action Planner and Strategy Objectives into Perform's Goals features. Make them work better together rather than be independent objects.

Alex Tompkins AdminHi Natasha - I need a little bit more detail on this one. I'm confused on where you are suggesting this start. Are you suggesting that the Goals set in Design show should up in the Perform Group workspaces page? Or vice versa or something totally different? I'm also moving this to the "Perform" board from the "Hire" board.

Natasha AugustineYes, when the strategic goals are set in Design, they should trickle to Perform so that specific (SMART) goals can be set for the group or individual. It is also an opportunity for the broad Design goal to be distinctly tailored to the organization.

Rhonda HollowayI agree there needs to be more coordination/integration between Teams & Perform - at this point we have Objectives in one place, Goals in another and Action Items in both places. If a client has both they should talk and work together vs. acting still like separate modules.
