integrations for other performance management platforms

we've got a current client that is interested in the behavioral data benefits of PI Perform and is currently in the midst of a performance management tool implementation.
They're using UKG's performance management software and after demoing perform, they pointed out that duplicating goals in BOTH platforms would not be doable.

They asked if we could build an integration between the platforms that would allow the UKG goals and action items to be populated in PI Perform
