Perform Review Beta- More Integration with the Rest of the Perform Platform

It would be great if the review function could summarize, or tie in other parts of Perform such as feedback, kudos, and goals. It feels a little clunky that reviews seem to sit alone even though all this data is housed in one system. The review cycle would be naturally looking at someone's progress over the past year (or whatever the time frame is) so to have a summary or a link to the other information gathered over the year will make the reviewers job easier and more complete. I would be happy to talk to the development team on this in more depth if they are looking for more detailed information.
