Template order - Ability to delete Sample Templates (or filter out)

As clients create multiple templates, and they get mixed in with the sample templates, it becomes increasingly difficult to find the template you are searching for. I would suggest that we allow sample templates to be deleted, and that we have the most commonly used templates rise to the top of the list.
