Action Planning Feature
- Give end users the ability to create action plans based on feedback for their direct reports (assuming large enough sample size.
- End users can pick up to 2 questions on which to focus, or let the data suggest the top 3-5 items based on criteria such as variance from the company norm, change from previous survey, or statistically derived drivers.
- Develop a library of suggested best practices for action planning around insights from the feedback. Or, give end users the ability to upload their own best practices.

HeatherThere should be an option for managers/engagment champions to enter their action plans directly into the platform. the system should be able to generate a dashboard for HR and leadership to see the progress toward action plans and to have action plans housed in a centralized location.
