Add a Job Model to a Team in Design

I'm working with a client and want to compare his team against the job model. Is there a way to add in the job model in "Design" or can I only do it with the "Analytics" function? Thanks for your help.

Michael MoselA big part of the "sellability" of the software is the modeling capabilities. Having the ability to understand how a job target/model or new role would impact team dynamics would be a great feature for organizations that fully embrace the impact of understanding team chemistry.
