Add link to Behavioral Profile /Person Page from Design

It would be nice to be able to click on the initials of a person in Team Discovery and their graph show up as well as have a hyper link to their person page to view the full profile (this is for 2.0 as you cannot currently do these things in 2.0)

Make the experience easier and more efficient by allowing users to click to open the person's page in a new tab from the team member list. This was available in Legacy.
