Add weighting to Design's strategic objectives.
Currently, all strategic objectives are given the same weight. I recently hosted a Team Discovery session with a client, and we realized that the Strategy Type her team ended up with was inaccurate. While only one of the objectives she chose ended up in Results & Discipline, that was the most important of all her objectives and should have carried more weight in the overall picture. I propose adding a weighting system for objectives - that way, a user's chosen objectives reflect the actual focus of the team.

ShawnaThis would be a great idea! Currently, I work directly with the leader and we just pick extra items in the quadrant they want weighted more heavily. Having to do that makes the system look less impressive in the leader's eyes.
