Pick time for scheduling Diagnose in advance (8AM Eastern won't work for all)

In the PI2 Diagnose webinar on 4/30/2024 Joe Kirschbaum shared that if you start an XP (and possibly) Pulse survey on the same day, it's sent right away. If you pick any date in the future it will send at 8AM Eastern on the date selected. 8AM Eastern will likely result in many missed invitations for those in other time zones or other alternative work schedules.
Please make scheduling a Diagnose survey allow the option to pick the Date & Time.

Anthony WalleyYes please. We currently have to schedule the start date for a day prior since otherwise the survey will only start at 16:00 local time, which for most clients is too late
