Enhance search function when adding employees to teams

When adding employees to a team in Design, you currently have to search by email address or first name. For example, if I type in "Amanda Blum," the name may not appear—but if I start typing "amanda.blum," it does. In the previous system, there was the option to search by full name, not just email.

I think it would be very helpful to allow searching by both name and email address. In many cases, I don’t have an employee’s email readily available, especially if I'm adding someone whose email address hasn't been updated to an employer email address. Additionally, some employees go by a preferred name that may differ from their legal name, which is sometimes what they used when completing the PI.
