Have both Direct Manager and Team data available in the csv data download

The downloadable csv file only contains team data under the "Demo Graphic" column. It is labeled "Manager", which is misleading as it does not indicate if it is Direct Report level "Manager" or Team "Manager". Having both Direct Report and Team level data that compliments the 2 levels of available manager pdfs is crucial for clients to understand their data. Any PDF report should have data represented in the csv download. This will create continuity and increase confidence in the data.
