Response Rates available in CSV download

In order to increase confidence in the data, and to allow clients to fully understand what they are seeing in the PDF reports, it would be helpful to have the total count of participants in the CSV. This would be in addition to the response count currently available in the CSV. I would like to be able to easily validate what is showing in the PDFs.
