Special characters for custom question field

Since you "recommend writing each custom question so that it supports all languages in which your organization actively does business", is it possible for the question field to accept special characters such as "à é è" for languages other than English?

In your example: "I have the resources I need to succeed in my job / J'ai les ressources nécessaires pour réussir dans mon travail" the field is published as "I have the resources I need to succeed in my job / J'ai les ressources nécessaires pour réussir dans mon travail"
