Option to disable AI in Diagnose

There is an option in administration to disable the AI Assistant in Inspire and the AI interview summary in Hire. There should also be an option to disable the AI open-ended feedback summary in Diagnose. Some companies may want to avoid AI completely until they've researched and developed policies. We could potentially lose a Diagnose client if they aren't able to do that.
