Ability to Update Employee lists through Org Charts

Currently, we have to upload a spreadsheet with org chart updates using a specific format. It would be much easier for the user to make updates directly to teams. It also is not linked to our organization as those are maintained in a separate folder. Would be nice to have those sync.
