Survey Timeline
Flexibility in the length of time that the survey is open would be helpful for small companies. I recently made an inquiry for a client with an open employee experience survey, who wanted to close it before the two-week timeframe expired (they have a small staff of 5 and could assure all employees had taken the survey prior to closing). I was advised that there was no way for this to be done.
