Allow switching between self, self concept and synthesis in Design.
Currently, Design plots Self. However, looking at how teams are stretching and being observed provides valuable insight and reflects a more accurate picture of the team's behavior.

Beth FrielThis would be amazing! In an old version of PI, you could create a report showing Self Concept for a group of people (e.g. people in the same job) to help validate a Job Target (PRO in the old days). We called this the 'Money Shot'. It was incredibly useful. We've been missing it for years.

RobThis is the MOST important update that can be added to Design - the biggest issue with Design is that it's static - people show up where their self-grap score them - if they don't match their job profile or don't match the needs of the team, there is NO way to show how they are adapting. This is why synthesis was so important - giving data on how they are showing up (observed behavior). If this is a leader and they don't match the needs of their job - you need to give them an out - to show how they are "showing up". This is synthesis - also, this gives the user a reason to re-run a team in design, so it's used over and over again.
