Modifying launch, close, and reminders
Notifications are hardcoded into the software. There is no way to add a start date, close date, and modify the reminders. Our client had reminders going out on Memorial Day and weekends. They requested that this capability be in place to avoid notifications on holidays or weekends.

Diagnose in PI2 allows for custom survey start dates, a custom date on which a reminder email is sent, and a custom date the survey ends. We have heard feedback on allowing multiple reminder emails to be configured beyond the single reminder we offer today, which is something we are exploring as well.
