Add pattern thumbnails to Design to PI2
There is no where to view the graphs in design. Even a small thumbnail would be very helpful to refer back to. Especially when we have Adapters, Individualists, and Altruist that show up in inaccurate quadrants, we need to be able to see the individual graphs.

There is no way to get to a person's detail page where we can see their individual graphs. This is hugely important when going through a TD session. Every session I've done (more than 100), someone asks to see the detail for specific people. Now we can only get reference profile info. Certain reference profiles have both A>D and D>A (Collaborator, Analyzer, Promoter). I understand trying to make this simpler for basic users but we have lost a lot of advanced functionality that more experience users find invaluable. -

Cindy MoranThis also applies to 1:1 Talent Strategy Sessions. It takes time to toggle over to Inspire to see what we know we need to show, leaving less time and giving the impression that the software is difficult to use. We need thumbnails at the least, but the ability to click over to the person is best. Otherwise, key insights are lost as well as showcasing the full PI solution.
