This number is confusing and doesn't make sense to end users - can it be toggled off? -

CTSI did have a someone sign up for a trial and made they assumption they had a terrible team based on this very confusing score. It was weeks before they told me, which allowed me to correctly explain its meaning.

Becca VanDerveerI think “gamification” makes sense for phone apps. It doesn’t serve an appropriate purpose here. I actively tell clients to ignore it.

ClaytonAs others have said, Team "Score" can be construed as a team's health or grade. Maybe change the verbiage...perhaps "progress" or something that more clearly correlates to how much a software user has done with that team in Design?

Beth FrielThis is very confusing to clients and consultants as well. At first glance when the score is 0 it looks like the team is full of a bunch of losers. Not the impression we want to give.

JoahI like Clayton’s idea. Somehow changing the name to progress seems to be a good compromise here.

ShawnaThe gamification aspect doesn't make any sense. At least give us the ability to turn it off. I have teams with employees that do not have an organization domain email address and I cannot give them access to their Team in Design so they cannot make any progress!
