Generating custom reports

Being able to create additional custom reports either by the custom columns or to be able to run by department, location, etc.

The ability to drill down to only direct reports is critical as the current format only allows for the entire downline, so the higher level leaders may have 500 team members in their report and unable to drill down to direct reports.

By property would be helpful as well when leaders oversee multiple properties.

Reports based on tenure, generation, department and/or other factors would be great. Export 'new hires' to understand their experience versus the tenured team. Another example, how does our 'office' team feel versus our 'production' team?

Running reports by demographics as well would be extremely helpful. As a client, if i upload demographic information, I would expect to be able to slice and dice that data on the backend.
