Utilizing Client Data as Benchmark for YOY
After the first survey has been administered, all subsequent surveys should include the client's previous data as the benchmark, rather than "external" benchmark data. This way, the client can see how they are progressing (or not) against the previous feedback survey.

I was surprised this was not already baked in. From my previous experience with a large employer, it can be a dealbreaker. The client should not have to manually do this and comparing improvement to oneself is key and basic. -
