Diagnose Survey in Multiple Languages

The survey should have the same language dropdown as the BA and CA. Cross Org (multiple languages is needed)

It is crucial to our target group to have Spanish translations at a minimum.

Diagnose will not be translated for 1.0 and we will wait until the migration to 2.0 to put it on the roadmap. The languages that we will support are ones available in the software, not those of the BA and CA.
