Include manager reports that only have direct report data
This is probably the most frequent request we get for Diagnose. Clients want to see reports with Strengths, Caution Areas, and Action Items for their direct reports as long as they have responses from at least 5. Currently, they only get reports that contain the data of everyone rolling up to that person in the org chart which can be less valuable depending on the size of their hierarchy. While the Survey Data CSV does show the scores for their direct report responses, it is harder to navigate and does not provide any actionable insights for their direct team.

Please, please make this a priority. The CEO gets very ticked off (as do other high level execs) when they have the whole company, or their whole department rolling up to them instead of being able to see just their direct reports! -

Chrissie KempeI agree wholeheartedly! This is our #1 request for diagnose and it seems absurd that it isn't an option. I always feel ridiculous explaining to our clients that this isn't an option when this is what diagnose is supposed to do. To date I have been going through the Data CSV to give the information that is available to our clients. It's time consuming for something that should be available through the module.

Melanie WoodI have lost out on MULTIPLE sales AND lost users for this reason. Any larger companies with multi-tiered management find this useless as the results for managers are completely watered down as they get an entire downstream. I would have to go in and manually pull the data from CSV. I am happy to do that for clients but it would be detrimental if we lose that CSV and would be ideal if we CAN have the results broken down by DIRECT report. Thank you!
