Add a relationship guide, but for teams
In the same way that we have a relationship guide in Inspire to improve the working relationship of two individuals, we should have the same type of content to improve how to teams work together. This is really important in cross-functional environments and remote work settings.

This is so critical. In the old version (prior to Design) the team functionality explored how a team 1) communicated 2) made decisions 3) took action... the key to this is that it is the foundation to the team building and understanding each other. Design is so critical for higher-level, strategic conversations. But, some teams need basic blocking and tackling. There are some great options to dig into some basic strategies around communication, decision making, and taking action. You could actually use some of the stuff that existed prior to Design being built, which would make this module more robust, stickier, and indispensable at renewal. -

Bobbi KellyI just added a similar suggestion... I think this would be a great value add and have had many clients ask for something like this.
