Revisit Individualist Profile location
I believe the team should reconsider the location of the "Individualist" profile falling into "Teamwork". These profiles do not tend to be "people-focused", do not necessarily opt for "making decisions collaboratively" and do not lead with "talking through ideas". Every time I show this to an individualist, they laugh, and when I show it to their team members, they laugh harder. Thank you!

Agree that sometimes I see Individualists and Altruists in similar spots (near the middle) when they are opposites. Tough explaining to a client why this is when I don't even understand it -

Alexis FinleyAs an individualist myself and my experience working with others--- I AGREE!! None fit perfectly, but Teamwork is at the bottom of the list!

Josh WellsI actively just tell individualists and altruists in design sessions that they are special and can't be placed according to how this tool works right now. No way a widespread A>B should be found in the teamwork session.
